I wasn't always the guy in the gym.
I was the one who needed help getting there.

My Story
Growing up, fitness wasn't part of my story. I wasn't in the best shape, and I didn't know where to start. Then one person took the time to work out with me — once. That was enough to change the trajectory of my life. That moment planted a seed: I want to be that person for someone else.
That conviction drove me to Texas A&M University, where I earned my degree in Kinesiology with a focus in Motor Behavior. Since then, I've spent over 5 years coaching real people through real goals — and I'm a certified personal trainer through NASM. I'm now working toward my Doctorate in Physical Therapy, because I believe the best coaches don't just build athletes; they understand how the body moves, adapts, and heals. My long-term goal is to open my own gym where coaching, community, and performance all live under one roof.
I love the outdoors. I love hard training. And I love what exercise does for a person — not just physically, but mentally and spiritually. My faith as a Christian shapes how I show up: with humility, consistency, and genuine care. I'm not perfect. I don't claim to be. But I give everything I have to the work in front of me — and I'll do the same for you.
RockBuilt Performance isn't about being elite from day one. It's about having one person in your corner who actually cares — the way someone once did for me.
"I want to be the person for you that someone once was for me."

My Coaching Philosophy
I believe a complete athlete is both strong and conditioned. Strength built in the gym gives you a foundation — it protects your joints, builds power, and makes everything else easier. But endurance is the engine. It's what keeps you going when things get hard, inside the gym and out. I don't believe in choosing one over the other. The goal is to build both, because that's what creates a body that performs and lasts.
